Mango is the new chipotle

A very wise man once said that. Adam and I became obsessed with mangos on our honeymoon about 9 months ago. Wow, we are almost at a year. Anyway, isn't it funny how things catch on and everyone has to have something on the menu with a word in it. What actually is chipotle? I never really knew, but I do see it on every menu. Now, Adam thinks mango is the new chipotle. I have noticed more and more and I believe he is correct. I've seen mango smoothies, fresh, salads, salsas, etc. Maybe I am just more observant of it. I love mango so am very excited about this new development.
